Shipping Policy
Orders with standard shipping will ship within 2-6 business days. Tracking information will be automatically sent to you. Once in transit, packages take 1-4 business days to arrive.
If you need to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible.
We process orders quickly but will do our best to address your request.
We do not offer same-day delivery for online orders.
We’re currently offering standard shipping on all online orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your order arrived damaged, let us know within 24 Hours so we can replace it.
Photos are required as proof of the damage and to help us improve our packaging process.
Otherwise, we cannot offer returns or exchanges at this time.
Refunds/Cancellations
If the order is canceled by a customer prior to a delivery date, a customer will get a full refund.
If an order is canceled on the day of delivery, a customer will not get a full refund minus the re-stocking fee of 150 Rs per plant. Send us a cancelation request via Email or Call.
